EVENT COORDINATOR

To create strategic planning on how to increase Pacific Place income by conducting an events and to attract sponsor to make an events in Pacific Place mall.

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Continuously create new and exceptional Consumer Promotions that are rewarding for Pacific Place shoppers and execute them well.
  • Prepare the weekly update report, calendar event monthly report and report to Events and Sponsorship Manager
  • Ensure that events, decoration, and consumer promotions are executed efficiently within the budgeted expense, by means of engaging with partners to support the events as well as promotions from financial as well as awareness perspective
  • Making good relationship with both internal Departments/Divisions and external parties such as Pacific Place mall tenants, as well as 3rd party clients for possible events that benefits Pacific Place Mall tenants and shoppers
  • Ensure the event will be attended by minimum 1000 customers per day

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Communication/Marketing/Management
  • Minimum 2 year experience in coordinating event and promotions, preferably within the same industry
  • Good understanding of production materials as well as multimedia
  • Fluent in formal written and spoken both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Computer literate
  • Building network
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work on weekend/holiday

  • Make sure all digital advertising run well according to deadline and target
  • Create strategic digital advertising plan every month
  • Identify potential KOL for Pacific Place
  • Implement website, SEO/SEM, mobile apps, email blast and social media advertising campaigns with news content.
  • Generate, publish and share content to improve customer engagement.
  • Evaluate approaches and strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Identify potential opportunities for keyword advertising.
  • Run project from start to finish, working independently at times.
  • Create digital advertising report and also competitive’ analysis
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumers trends ensuring that insight are reflected with the strategy and delivery of campaigns.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has graduated from a reputable university in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Has a good knowledge about digital advertising
  • Creative and very passionate in digital advertising
  • Fast learner and able to work in a tight deadline
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • At least 2 years of working experienced in Creative/Media Planning functions or in related field is required for this position
